I have a sync to TrainAsONE, and it ran successfully, but I do not see any activities; why?

TrainAsONE requires that your workouts have deep analytics of the laps, GPS, or distance. Generally, when your data is not in TrainAsONE, it is because the data is not sufficiently rich for TrainAsONE to make use of it.

If you are not sure if you do or do not have data with deep analytics, the easiest way to tell is to look at your Stream and see if there is a Download link for GPX or TCX files. If you do not have data with deep analytics, make sure that FitnessSyncer is configured to use it.

I just added Body Composition, Blood Pressure, or Sleep metrics to be sent to TrainAsOne, but I am getting back an error; why?

Most likely, you have created your account and authenticated before May 1, 2019, and need to reauthenticate. To do so, edit one of your TrainAsOne destination tasks, change the Authentication to “Grant New Permissions and Apply to Other Sources and Destinations.” You may need to grant additional permissions to FitnessSyncer to perform this activity.
