What kinds of data can I read or publish to Intervals.icu?

You can read the following data types from Intervals.icu:

  • Activity including Map, Heart Rate, and other Analytics
  • Body Composition
  • Blood Pressure
  • Glucose
  • Oxygen

You can write the following data types to Intervals.icu:

  • Activity including Map, Heart Rate, and other Analytics
  • Body Composition
  • Blood Pressure
  • Glucose
  • Oxygen

The following data types are updates-only to Intervals.icu. This means that our de-duping algorithms are not used for these types:

  • Sleep

Can I get all my history from Intervals.icu?

Yes, FitnessSyncer Pro users can use the Historic Sync feature to get all of the data available.

How do I get started with Intervals.icu and FitnessSyncer?

I do not see all of my Intervals.icu history; how do I get more?

You can do a Historic Sync and get all of our data with a Pro Account by editing your iHealth source and selecting from the toolbar.

Why isn’t my exercise being uploaded to Intervals.icu?

Intervals.icu requires that your activities have rich analytics such as GPS data, heart rate data, etc., to be uploaded. The easiest way to tell if your activities have this information is to use FitnessSyncer Stream on our website, and most activities with a download link for a GPX or TCX file can be used. If your exercise has this information, please contact us, and we’ll take a look.

How do I get my PulseOx from Garmin or any Oxygen Data to Intervals.icu?

Configure the source just like the above; however, because we take your average PulseOx in Garmin when sending it to TrainingPeaks, we recommend that you add a filter to your TrainingPeaks destination for Not Today to your Oxygen destination.

Data from Intervals.icu that is originally from Strava is missing some details; how can I fix this?

We would reocmmend that you import the data directly from Strava for best results.

Do you support RHR in Intervals.icu?

We do not have a way to read it in, however, if you have an source that includes summary data, we will publish RHR data to Intervals.ICU.
